These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Simplexfit ("the App"), operated by Simplexfit ("we", "us", "our"), based in South Africa. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms in full.
Simplexfit is a home workout application designed to help individuals build a consistent exercise habit. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the App you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the App for lawful purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.
The workouts, exercise descriptions, and fitness content provided in Simplexfit are for general informational and fitness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Before starting any new exercise programme, you should consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.
You use the App and follow any exercise instruction entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from the use of the App.
Simplexfit offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription at R160 per month. Payment is processed securely via PayFast. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If you cancel your subscription your account data, including workout history and progress, is retained for 6 months. After 6 months of inactivity on a cancelled account, your data may be permanently deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us at info@simplexfit.com.
All content in the App, including workout programmes, copy, design, and software, is owned by Simplexfit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Simplexfit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or financial loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or use the App in a manner that could cause harm to other users or to Simplexfit. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@simplexfit.com.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
